Precision Kitchen Studio takes a kitchen from existing conditions and early intent to an order-ready plan set a cabinet shop and builder can execute with fewer surprises. We specialize in feasibility, documentation, and decision support—so cabinet scope stays aligned to budget, pricing comes back clean, and jobsite questions drop.
White-label support is the default. We stay behind the scenes so you keep the client relationship. We are vendor-neutral unless we’re contracted to procure cabinets.
On-site measurement or remote plan normalization • Feasibility-first • Revision-controlled
Most cabinetry pain comes from the same place: unclear existing conditions, missing interface details, and “we’ll figure it out later” decisions. Our deliverables are built to price, order, and build—without relying on improvisation.
• Feasibility and risk reduction: we catch conflicts early (clearances, appliance interfaces, panels/fillers, constructability).
• Documentation that prices cleanly: plans, elevations, notes, and schedules that reduce re-quotes and RFIs.
• Decision support: we present options clearly, keep scope aligned to budget, and reduce decision fatigue for the homeowner.
• Trade coordination notes: rough-in implications, landing zones, and “don’t-miss” constraints for builder + trades.
• Optional procurement through partner shops: pricing + lead times, order correctness, and change orders tied to scope changes.
• Optional installation coordination: offered only when scope, site conditions, and responsibilities are clearly defined.
Step 1 — Verify reality (Tier 1)
Every good cabinet plan starts with correct existing conditions. Tier 1 includes measurement intake:
Tier 1 deliverables include an as-built blank floorplan with dimensions (existing conditions), a feasibility review of constraints/risks, two concept layout options (A/B), and a cabinetry budget band aligned to the concept and spec level. This is paid discovery that de-risks the project and sets it up to move forward cleanly
Step 2 — Document it (Tier 2)
We produce the full cabinet package: dimensioned plan(s) and finalized layout, elevations for each wall/run with key notes and callouts, and critical sections/details for tricky conditions (appliance interfaces, panels, fillers, trim, tall units, islands).
You also get cabinet schedule / quote-ready order sheet information that a shop can price accurately, plus coordination notes for the builder/trades. Optional: rendered 3D views and a short walkthrough video (MP4) to speed approvals.
Step 3 — Buy and install (optional)
If you want PKS to handle it, we can source cabinets through partner shops using the Tier 2 package, obtain pricing and lead times, and manage vendor coordination.
Procurement is optional; if you don’t select it, the Tier 2 package can be taken to any cabinet shop. Installation can be added as management or via vetted partners, but only when scope, site conditions, and responsibilities are clear to protect schedule and quality.
Built for trade partners who value speed, accuracy, and discretion.
Best for:
• High-end interior designers, premium remodelers, and design-build firms who want a third-party cabinetry specialist to handle feasibility and documentation.
• Teams that need stronger cabinet drawing/ordering confidence or want to offload the technical work.
• Projects where cabinetry decisions materially affect schedule and budget.
• Partners who want white-label support (we stay behind the scenes; you keep the client relationship).
• Default path is sequential: Tier 1 (verify reality) → Tier 2 (document it) → Tier 3 (buy it) → Tier 4 (install it). A la carte is available, but Tier 1 is required before Tier 2 unless dimensions are verified to our standard.
• Communication can be routed through the partner (designer/GC) or direct with the homeowner—set in writing at the start.
• Each tier includes a defined number of revision rounds; additional revisions are billed or change-ordered.
• Any change that affects cabinet sizes, appliance selections, wall locations, or scope triggers an updated estimate and schedule.
• We do not proceed to procurement without written approval of the final Tier 2 package.
Yes. White-label is the default. Deliverables can be branded to the partner’s studio/company when requested.
Yes. Tier 1 includes measurement intake: we can measure/verify on-site, or we can review and normalize client-provided plans/measurements for a remote start.
Vendor-neutral by default. If you want procurement, we source through partner shops using the Tier 2 package. If not, you can take the package to any cabinet shop.
Revisions are managed, not infinite. Each tier includes a defined number of revision rounds. Additional rounds are billed. Scope changes that affect cabinets/appliances/walls trigger an updated estimate and schedule.
Access for measurement/verification or dimensioned plans that meet verification requirements, an appliance list (model numbers or placeholders), design intent (style direction + storage priorities), and a rough timeline for ordering.
Book a consultation to verify measurements, assess feasibility, and establish scope and a cabinetry budget band.
If you proceed, Tier 1 fees are credited toward Tier 2.
