Services and Tiers

Optional 3D views + walkthrough video: fast approvals, fewer back-and-forths, faster decisions.

Buildable, quote-ready cabinetry packages for premium remodels and custom homes. White-label by default, vendor-neutral unless we’re contracted to procure.

Tier 1: Consultation + Measure + Feasibility + Concept + Budget Band
Paid discovery to verify reality, catch conflicts early, and set layout direction and a cabinetry budget range.

Tier 2: Full Cabinet Package (Order-Ready Plan Set)
Dimensioned plans, elevations, details, and a quote-ready schedule so pricing comes back clean and install questions drop.

Tier 3: Cabinet Sourcing
We obtain pricing/lead times through partner shops and manage order accuracy and change orders tied to scope changes.

Tier 4: Installation (Optional Add-On)
Install through vetted partners or install management—only when scope and responsibilities are clearly defined.

The Default Path

Projects run in sequence:
Tier 1 (verify reality) → Tier 2 (document it) → Tier 3 (buy it) → Tier 4 (install it).

You can engage a la carte, but Tier 1 is required before Tier 2 unless dimensions are verified to our standard.

Tier 1 — Consultation + Measure + Feasibility + Concept + Budget Band

This is the fastest way to reduce risk and get to a confident layout direction.

What’s included:

  • Measurement intake: on-site measurement/verification by us OR client-provided measurements reviewed and normalized (remote option)

  • As-built blank floorplan with dimensions (existing conditions) suitable for cabinetry planning

  • Feasibility review: constraints, conflicts, and key risks before committing to construction

  • Two concept layout options (Floorplan A/B) showing alternate cabinet/appliance arrangements

  • Budget range estimate for cabinetry aligned to the concept and spec level

Typical use:
Paid discovery that reduces surprises and sets the project up to move forward cleanly. Tier 1 fees are credited toward Tier 2 if you proceed.

Inputs we need (minimum):

  • Access for measurement/verification OR dimensioned plans that meet verification requirements

  • Appliance list with model numbers (or dimensioned placeholders)

  • Design intent: style direction, storage priorities, functional goals

  • Decision maker + approval process

  • Target order date and budget band

You’ll leave Tier 1 with an as-built, feasibility notes, two concepts, and a cabinetry budget band.

Tier 2 — Full Cabinet Package (White-Label by Default)

Vendor-neutral documentation that a cabinet shop and builder can price, order, and execute with minimal ambiguity.

What’s included:

  • Dimensioned plan(s) and finalized layout

  • Elevations for each wall/run with key notes and callouts

  • Sections/details for critical conditions (panels, fillers, trim, appliance interfaces, tall units, islands)

  • Cabinet schedule / quote-ready order sheet information

  • Coordination notes for builder/trades (clearances, landing zones, rough-in implications)

Optional presentation kit (add-on):

  • Rendered 3D views and a walkthrough video (MP4) to speed approvals

Deliverable goal:
Pricing comes back cleaner, re-quotes drop, and jobsite questions go down because the package is buildable and explicit.

Tier 3 — Cabinet Sourcing (Procurement Through Partner Shops)

Optional. If you want us to handle vendor coordination and ordering, we can.

What’s included:

  • Pricing and lead times based on the Tier 2 package

  • Vendor coordination, order correctness, and change orders tied to scope changes

  • Terms that define deposits, lead times, storage/delivery, and warranty handling

Important note:
If procurement isn’t selected, your Tier 2 package can be taken to any cabinet shop.

Tier 4 — Installation (Optional Add-On)

Available when scope, site readiness, and responsibilities are clearly defined.

What’s included:

  • Installation management or installation through vetted partners (scope defined per project)

  • Punch list and sign-off coordination

  • Scheduling coordination aligned with delivery and trade sequencing

We only offer install when scope and responsibilities are explicit.

Pricing

You’re not paying for “drawings.” You’re paying for certainty: layouts that work in the field, cabinet orders that don’t blow up, and installs that don’t turn into change-order roulette.

Tier 1 — Feasibility + Concepts (Paid Discovery)
Starting at $2,500 (remote normalization) / $4,500 (on-site verify)
Confirm reality, catch conflicts early, and leave with two clear directions plus a cabinetry budget band tied to spec level.

Includes:
Measurement review or on-site verification
Feasibility + risk flags (clearances, appliance conflicts, constructability)
Two concept layouts (A/B)
Cabinetry budget band aligned to concept + spec level

Tier 2 — Quote-Ready Cabinet Package
Starting at $7,500 (single-room kitchen)
The orderable, installable cabinet package. Built to reduce re-quotes, RFIs, and last-minute “surprises.”

Includes:
Plan + elevations per run
Cabinet schedule (sizes, fillers, panels, finished ends, toe/trim)
Key dimensions + coordination notes
Two revision rounds

Tier 3 — Procurement Support + Change Control
Markup-based: 18–25% of cabinetry invoice (minimum $5,000; agreed in writing)
Ordering, tracking, delivery coordination, and disciplined change control—so the project stays tight after approvals.

Includes:
Order release + vendor coordination
Lead-time and delivery management
Issue resolution
Written change control for revisions/add-ons

Tier 4 — Install Management / Vetted Partners
Quoted per project (typical $4,500–$12,500)
One point of accountability through install, details, and punch—scope depends on access, complexity, and timeline.

Credit
Proceed to Tier 2 within 30 days and your Tier 1 investment is applied to Tier 2.

Fixed fees vary by scope, complexity, and input quality (plans, dimensions, appliance specs). Rush scheduling and additional revisions are available and priced by scope.

WHITE-LABEL + CHANGE CONTROL

White-label and communication

White-label is the default. We support designers and remodelers without competing for the client relationship. Deliverables can be branded to your studio/company on request. Communication can be routed through the partner or direct with the homeowner—defined in writing before work begins.

Each tier includes defined revision rounds. Additional revisions are billed via change order or hourly rate. Any change affecting cabinet sizes, appliance selections, wall locations, or scope triggers an updated estimate and schedule. We do not proceed to procurement without written approval of the final Tier 2 package.

If you want “unlimited revisions,” you don’t want a buildable package—you want an ongoing design retainer.

  • Just quote cabinets requests without specs, appliance models, or confirmed dimensions
  • Decision-makers unwilling to commit to a timeline or accept managed revisions
  • Low-budget projects treating cabinetry as a commodity
  • Teams expecting us to assume liability for site conditions without a measure/verification step

Start with Tier 1

Tier 1 verifies reality, catches conflicts early, and sets layout direction and budget before anyone starts ordering or building.
